Outlook

Creating departments, disciplines and best practices in companies that are seeking help crafting a vision of what they could be, not just who they are, is where I thrive. Over the course of 20 years I have spear-headed the establishment of usability and training disciplines in one organization after another while keeping a keen eye on satisfying established business objectives and encouraging thought leaders to adopt new ones.

Next Steps

Building relationships with customers, clients, employees and associates who will stay with you because they couldn’t imagine working with anyone else is a core value of mine.  Creating environments that nurture and sustain that loyalty is crucial to success now and in the future. I am looking to partner as a staff member or contractor with organizations who share that vision.
