I don’t agree with this lyric fully, but I get what he’s trying to say.
Both the opportunity and your agency to change your life are always present. Not every change is monumental. In fact, few of them are.
Most big changes are just a bunch of little ones strung together. That’s true whether it’s for yourself, your profession or within in your organization.
When we work together as coach and client, I like to keep the process moving with simple, reflective questions for you to answer like:
- What do you want to work on?
- Why is that important for you?
- What do you think the best strategy, resources and timeline needed to move forward?
- What obstacles might be getting in the way of your goal?
- What’s the plan to move forward between now and when we meet again?
My expectations for us are; a commitment to your professional and personal goals (both big dreams and small steps), no bullshit and that we show up ready to do the work that needs to be done.
The free consultation is for us both to determine if we’re a good fit for each other and if I can help. If it’s not clicking, that’s OK. We’ll end our time together with some pleasantries and move on.
Let’s talk about what’s going on.
I coach leaders, teams or individuals to build action plans by supporting them to be comfortable in their own skins, true to themselves and committed to real and lasting change in their lives, their companies and their relationships.
